At the heart of our story is our father, a culinary maestro who dedicated over 40 years to perfecting Greek recipes in his native Greece. His deep connection with the sea, sharpened through a life as a deep-sea diver, has always been intertwined with his love for cooking.
Inspired by the desire to share these time-honoured dishes, he joined forces with his children to opened Paréa, infusing every dish with a touch of Greece and a lot of love.
